Refund policy
Returns and Claims:
We have a no refund policy for our food products unless authorized. If you have complaints about the condition, quantity, or quality, we will do our best to correct it. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we will respond quickly.
Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your concerns. This also applies if you receive damaged products. We will gladly replace the items in a timely manner. Photographs of your damaged product, and packaging are required so we may file a claim or add to our records.
If you receive authorization for a return, products must be returned within 10 business days of delivery. Packages must be returned with product unopened and sealed. Buyer is responsible for shipping. We offer credit memos on your returns.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
